Wiltshire College

About the College

Wiltshire College was formed in 2000 and is now, following the merger with Salisbury College in January 2008, the main provider of further and higher education in Wiltshire, with an excellent reputation for quality provision, innovation and student care.

With over 3300 full-time students and 6000 part-time students, Wiltshire College is an exciting place to study.

There are 4 main campuses and 9 smaller centres throughout the county; offering a spectacular range of courses. Whether you wish to study for fun or for a qualification to further your career, have an interest in media arts or horticulture, construction or catering – there really is something for everyone!

Don't just take our word for it – come and find out more at our next Information and Advice Session. Talk to our tutors, explore our specialist facilities and talk to students.

Wiltshire College are constantly investing in their facilities and are firmly committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Come and see why 9 out of 10 students would recommend Wiltshire College to a friend and why Ofsted consider the way we look after our students as “outstanding”.

Facilities & Student life

At Wiltshire College our aim is for every learner to have the support they need to:

  • be healthy
  • stay safe
  • enjoy and achieve
  • make a positive contribution
  • achieve economic well-being

Now in its third year, our highly-praised Community Campus programme delivers these 'Every Child Matters' messages and empowers students by raising awareness of issues in a 'fun & funky' way. We encourage our students to be involved in the management of their local campus community. The programme challenges beliefs, habits and lifestyles, lets individuals make informed life choices, and enriches the College experience for all.
