Tasks & responsibilities

• Recruiting training and supervising staff
• Planning and developing menus
• Handling customer enquiries and bookings
• Managing budgets and setting targets
• Work closely with management to meet revenue projections
• Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to
• Follow company policy and procedures
• Audit inventory levels to ensure product viability and order products when necessary
